We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Item must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items 

Due to the nature of medical equipment, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used medical products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items
  • Oxygen-related accessories once opened
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Manufacturer Fulfillment 

Some products are fulfilled directly through our authorized suppliers.

  • Returns for these items may be subject to manufacturer approval
  • Restocking fees may apply based on supplier policies
  • Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer

We will assist you through this process to ensure the best possible outcome.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund if approved.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

7. Order Cancellations
